John Kreutzman

John Kreutzman, Treasurer of Heroes Supporting Heroes, is the Director of Global Indirect Sourcing for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. responsible for travel and fleet related services. He brings over 30 years of procurement, sourcing and management experience to this role. John has been an active member of his church serving as a church elder and deacon supporting finance, personnel and administrative needs of the congregation.

John and his wife Jan, whom he met when they both attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), were married in 1983 and have been residents of North Fayette since 1986. They have a daughter and a son who attended West Allegheny and have returned to work in the local area since graduating from college. John is active in his church, Valley Presbyterian, where he currently serves on the Nominating Committee, sings in the choir, and helps with the WA Crop Walk. He has been a volunteer with the West Allegheny Workcamp.

John is always willing to lend a helping hand whether with administrative tasks, fundraising, general cleanup, or even running a jackhammer. John believes that we should all take advantage of the opportunities we are given to share the talents and blessings that God has given us to help others and sees Heroes Supporting Heroes and West Allegheny Workcamp as a way to work together to help those in need in our community.
