Brad McCarrell is the founder and owner of McCarrell Landscape Construction. He also served in the US Army, and later in the Pennsylvania National Guard, as a mechanized artillery driver and assistant gunner. Enlisting in 1991, he received his Honorable Discharge in April 1999.
