No Out-of-Pocket Fees At Any Time We do not charge any fees up-front or out-of-pocket at any time during the process of your loan, so there is never a risk to work with our company. Most companies charge an up-front Application Fee of about $450+ and a Credit Report fee about $40+... not to mention other miscellaneous fees during the processing of your loan. We don't make a penny unless your loan closes, so you know there will be a hightened level of service to provide you with the best deal and service!
Lowest Closing Costs Not only do we waive the up-front Application Fees and Credit Report Fees, but we also waive hundreds if not thousands of dollars of the common closing costs for our clients! When you compare our quote line-by-line to other quotes, you will be very impressed with the amount of closing costs we will save you.
Lowest Interest Rates If another company's interest rate is lower, it could be a "teaser rate", or it may be because their closing costs are higher, so make sure to examine your
